So i have been working on meditating in epsilon and working on astral projection and stuff and last night i after doing my meditation I feel asleep and i think it was like 3 in the monring and i felt an touch my shoulder and i woke up and saw the shadow figure just staring at me. after awhile it whent away i tried to go back to sleep but everytime i felt really nervouse and felt like something was watching me I honestly dont now if it was a dream because I was in such a deep state. If you dont no what episolon is its like the lowest brain wave like .5 its connected to delta. Everynight I have had dreams lately about either shooting my spirit body into stars or going to hell and I am not a really a believer in heaven or hell and I dont get whats going on. I think it could be a near death experience but not sure sorry if i posted in the wrong section kinda multiple questions on one.
