I have a question, Would love anyone's input.

If your connected to someone and get gut feelings about that person and they come true, are they connected to you?

The answer too your question is no, your gut feelings or intuition is yours not anyone elses,you could be having pre cognitive thoughts about this person, which in other words is called premonitions,
but your intuition about a person does not make them any closer to you
