So for some time I realized my world is a mirror.
But then I wondered why often times it appears to be an opposite of what I am.
For example if I am strong the world appears weak,
and if I am ugly the world appears beautiful.
If I'm a spring, they are autumn.
If I'm winter, they are summer.
If I go, they step back.
If I stay away, they come.
And yet by some profound providence,
they reflect exactly the way I am
in full perfect form.
Then I realized hey.
That's what mirrors are.
I don't think it's sufficient just to realize the world's your reflection.
It's also your inversion. It takes the whole of you and twists it away.
That's why transcending duality is the same as accepting it.
Because once you realize the world is your reflection,
you have to accept that there IS a not-you,
that there IS a mirror.
That there is a Self and Not-Self.
Because there's only you and your reflection,
the you and the mirror,
the you and not-you
you and God.
There's still duality.
Ever tried reading printed words on your T-shirt against a mirror?
Can you do it well?
If you can't try harder.
Non-duality is never an excuse for being a lazy ***.
