stones to promote bodily warmth

Lately I am getting chilled at night before bed so badly that I can not warm up. Blankets, clothes, sweaters, socks in bed and it takes hours of being uncomfortable before I get even slightly warm. Any suggestions of stones that promote circulation or bodily warmth? I'm very drawn to moonstone and quartz crystal lately, also amber. I have just started wearing a jet and amber bracelet along with quartz, moonstone, citrine and amethyst today. Just was really attracted to those particular pieces. Thanks so much.:smile:

Just in case anyone else is reading this thread in hopes of finding an answer, I have done some research and some of the stones that increase circulation are garnet, bloodstone, and aragonite. I'm still looking things up but if anyone has experience with warming stones, I would love to hear about it.:smile:
