my father died recently from cancer, at his wake a wasp landed on his face and stayed around the coffin when hushed away. is this a sign or something. thanks for any help in advance.

I am so very sorry for your loss. *hugs* I sent a prayer out for you and your family to help with your grief. Did you pray he would go to Heaven? If so then yes this could be a sign for your family not to worry, he made it.

Since it landed on your father instead of you, I'm not sure if the meaning would apply to you or not. So let's wait and see if any other posters would be able to answer if the meaning would apply to your or not. Since I have just started reading up on Spirit Animals, I would prefer the information to come from someone more experienced.

thanks, it was heartbreaking we were very close, my dad was very spiritual. it took ages to try to move wasp from his face, it wouldnt move.
