Folks, this is one of the best bits of free information you will ever be given, if you are smart and actually do your best to collect all these minerals - then use them. Most can come in small inexpensive tumbled pieces and others will require a little more dedication to find. The clay for example needs to be a shard from a fired piece of pottery that is at least 100 years old to ensure the clay isn't polluted. I went to a local antique pottery dealer and was ecstatic when I was handed a piece of 1500 year old Mayan pottery, with glazed solar glyphs on the side, followed by a piece of pre-Hellenic pottery aged at 4000 years old. As for the diamond, I used to have a solitary unset tiny dot of a thing that still set me back $60 but it was lost within 6 momths because it was too easy to lose. Now I use a pair of diamond earrings that are set in 18 ct gold, and that works great. I have learned that it is better to set quartz crystals to the Master Blend and then use those for the handheld method or essences as some stones should not be immersed in water and you won't chip your crystals as easily either. I have been doing some research on crystals and have found the following info:

Amazonite (blue-green): Calms mental and emotional chaos by helping one to blend facts with intuitive wisdom. Assists in courage of personal expression.

Amber: The "Happy" stone. Relieves depression.

Amethyst: Opens intuitive and psychic abilities. For overstress, overwork, overwhelm; helpful for addictions and nightmares; calms the mind, enabling us to know the peace which lies beyond constant mental activity; helps one accept the passage of death.

Ametrine (yellow-purple) This stone is a mixture of amethyst and citrine, and helps us to combine our personal will with a deeper spirituality.

Angelite: (medium blue) Helps us to communicate with angels, spirit animals, and in distant communication. This stone also helps to heal anger.

Aqua Aura: Assists in self-expression through service to others.

Aquamarine: (light blue-green) Meaning sea water, this stone allows us to safely navigate the sea of infinite wisdom, and to land safely and communicate what we've learned.
