Thought I'd share this with you guys. I have one beautiful piece Dan bought me a few years ago and I love it. The color of the angel hair reminds me of my mother's color hair.

Angel Hair Quartz

This is one of my all time favourite stones, it is a member of the Quartz family (http://merlynthemage.wordpress.com/2008/06/08/angel-hair-quartz/#) and is generally called Rutillated Quartz, although it also has the name Angel Hair Quartz and thats the one I prefer it truly does look as if it has the most gorgeous golden hair from an Angel trapped within the stone.
This picture some of you may have seen before cos it was in my birthday thread and is a truly magnificent specimen that the lovely Luna sent me as a birthday present.

Excellent healer of torn or broken tissues. Strengthens the vein walls.
