Where can I get moldavite?

Lately I have been feeling an incredibly powerful obsession and draw to this stone. Do you know where I could find some? A cut or polished stone is not necessary.

if you are searching for places to purchase crystals online, please use your favorite search function, or check your local New Age or crystal / mineral shops.

Yeh, just search on line and you will find what you are looking for, either locally, or to purchase online. This is what I do, with great success. I have found local outlets that I didn't know about, and also, although I'm always a bit concerned about buying online because I can't actually touch the products, the images now are so good that you shouldn't have any problems, especially with those sites that show individual items separately, so what you see is what you get.

There's a huge amount of fake moldavite on the market, since it's pretty rare - lots of moldavite being sold has been made in moulds out of melted glass, so be careful where you buy it from.

Update: I tried a local shop and it turns out they carry some (pricey!) pieces. They showed me the credentials and the stones looked "real." I will have to start saving!

Just seen some gorgeous moldavite pendants on line, from a supplier that I have bought from before, so I think that they are genuine, and yes, they are pricy! I think I'll have to buy one though, there are quite a few to choose from, all different, so I'll see which one speaks to me (probably the most expensive, lol!)
