Does it require a spiritual reason? Cysts can be scary... Maybe there's a lesson to be learned in what results of it- that's kind of what I think about most physical ailments.
But on the other hand, it might just be a physical thing. It can be debated, for sure.

Pascal... since we co-create our physical manifestation from spirit, then all things are spiritual... in reality there is nothing but spiritual... however, a cyst may not have a direct connection to a thought, feeling or action on the part of the person with the cyst... being just a natural part of our greater physical manifestation... My feeling about the direct coloration between a feeling. thought or action and a physical ailment is that each must decide for ourselves if it has a greater meaning for them... for each person it is different... yet the fact that you are asking the question, that in itself means it has meaning...
