I feel, in your situation, it appears to imply that you may be compromising too much, afraid to create ripples. This leads to me wondering if there is some issue, or aspect of yourself you are suppressing by trying to appear in perfect balance.

In this card there is no suggestion of a softly-softly approach, this depiction suggests grabbing what you want.
I go by the saying that, what doesn't kill you makes you stronger and this card suggests you really want to make your mark in a situation (or on the world in general) and you want to find courage.
In reality you have that courage, from everything you've endured before, you just need to find it again. So you need to dig deep and find your fighting spirit.

There certainly is a situation that I have been holding back on because I dislike the drama that comes with dealing with it. I have been trying to maintain a middle of the road discussion between two that are extreme opposites to keep the peace.

I have finally put my foot down and I was concerned if I had made the correct choice. Looks like I have lol!!

I think I'm more stuck in a rut, waiting for 'perfect opportunitues' instead of accepting every opportunity offered.

I don't understand from this what it is I am supposed to 'grow this spring', confidence, crativity or ambition. I understand the card, but don't understand what your message was. Sorry.

Again, I'm not sure what 'seeds should be planted'. Is this something I need to start doing?
