need help interpreting please!

I'm not in the best shape, I'm overweight and in turn I'm not as healthy as I could be . I did a spread for how my health would be if I changed my lifestyle. I got 4 of wands, which seems really good and healthy but then I got the tower, judgement and as overall insight I got 7 of swords. I even thought the tower could be shedding weight and actually doing it cause I've tried so many times before with never sticking to it I didn't intend for the cards to be in order of what happens just a general cenus. Judgement mean new lease on life? But 7 of swords ?

I think you need to think outside the box where the cards are concerned.

You asked; how my health would be if I changed my lifestyle.

4 of Wands - overall feeling of wellbeing and having more confidence.
Tower - this could indicate a new attitude around food, all your old beliefs about food changing.
Judgement - this is the 'new you' rising from the old you.
7 of Swords - could indicate being honest with yourself about your healthy eating. Out of the box thinking could indicate understanding a little of what you fancy does you good (but you don't have to finish everything on your plate).

Diets, oh boy, story of my life.

7 Of Swords, no cheating with the calories/putting time in. Guilty as charged

Seven of swords could mean, there is confusion and a lot of factors to consider before you lose weight. It could also mean not knowing where to start, having unclear direction/ doubts. Judgement and Tower could mean health overall. Not just weight issues but a strong realization around health or an event that makes you look at issues more closely, and that could influence your weight indirectly.

First thing I thought is to not go overboard and not be too hard on yourself.
There is feeling good and well-being (Wands 4) but if you push yourself too far out of your comfort-zone (Tower) -or too fast- with a strict lifestyle (Judgement) you won't be able to maintain it and may end up beating yourself up for 'failing' (Wands 7). Somehow I also see a loop in Wands 7, the jojo-ing ppl get when they put themselves on an overly strict diet or lifestyle (and then beating themselves up for failing).
So I'd say, yes, you can get there, but go easy on yourself, make sure it is still doable and within your boundaries so you can maintain it for a long time.
