Mornings...

I'm noticing that when I wake up in the morning is the time of day I miss my twin flame most and when I long to have contact with him.

I do have dreams of him, but I have not been remembering my dreams lately.

Anyone else experience a certain time of day you miss your twin more? Wondering why this might be and how to deal with it better.

I remember after a dramatic break up, I'd wake up in the morning and feel dread. I figured out the dread was in regards to feeling "alone" and not having that special person to say good morning to before starting the day. This reply isn't much help as he wasn't my tf, and this was 16 years ago, but your post reminded me of that.

Yes this is it exactly.

I am feeling "alone" despite the fact that I have a lot of friends. I have my job, I volunteer for several things, but I work part time and have too much free time. My friends work and have their families so they don't have the time to do things that I do.

I found a twin flame site yesterday I had not seen before and it's been helpful. It helped me see I think I fear losing my twin out of my life again. He's a busy man and so does not have the time I have and I fear our friendship slipping away again as it did all those years ago.

But now I have something to work with. I can look at why I feel that fear. I can work at finding something else to fill all the free time. I joined LinkedIn to help identify job opportunities. I'm trying to find another part time job or volunteer opportunity. I'm trying to channel all this energy into something I can be passionate about (other than twin flame).

Thanks for your reply!

Oh yeah, I can relate to this! The previous evening I'd be feeling kind of ok about it, but then come the morning I'd quite often wake up feeling... anguish, I suppose is the best way to describe it. I initially came to dread waking up to that feeling and I'd struggle like hell with it, tossing and turning, trying to push away the feelings, going around and around in circles in my mind over this and that, etc., until I was well and truly caught in a suffering spiral :/

Mercifully I eventually had the presence of mind to realise that I was making myself suffer because I'd unconsciously been in resistance to what I was feeling, and in time I came to see those times of the day as an opportunity to release whatever it was I was holding on to, so I'd turn my attention to what I was actually feeling instead of fighting it. It's an on-going commitment, mind, and I still get caught sometimes (it's like the genie's out of the bottle, and sometimes I still spiral hard - but it passes in time).
