I'm getting caffeine out of my diet which I think is a good thing. Now I love tea and so far I drink Ginger Tea which I know is great for an upset stomach or digestive problems.
Chamomile Tea I drink whenever I'm very feeling anxious and stressed out.
Green Tea makes me really happy and I've been drinking it daily.
Is there any tea's out there that are good for your emotional well being and for health reasons.
That's the only tea's I've tried so far. Is there others that I should try.
