When negativity or fear creep in

How do you usually deal when these energies try to sneak in? I feel like I'm doing well in my spiritual work, meditating, manifesting, affirmations, etc. I'll be feeling the most positive energy, feelings and then sometimes the negative and/or fear hits me like a truck! Hate it. I am a bit of an empath so that may be part of it. Would just love to hear from others what they do! TIA! Love and light to all.

We are multi-faceted beings. We are not all love and light and wondrous things. There are parts of us which get scared, feel awful sometimes, maybe feel unsure or have a bad night....etc etc.
I would say it's not a bad idea to accept that sometimes down times come. To accept them as part of an embodied experience.
But I have personally found that when I feel rotten I can quite often make a difference to how I feel by putting it into perspective. It's a tricky phase, or it's a bad night, or it's the opposite side of the coin from those lovely high vibrations I bathed in last night! It shows me the rounded picture, Not only the one-sided view.
But just holding onto your deep values will help. Don't fully identify with that passing-over dark feeling. It will pass. Accept it, see it, feel it, and gently let go of it and focus again on those things which bring some nicer qualities to your life.
It's never the end of the world or a sign your Soul is in trouble. It is often -just life with a human experience.

I agree with Tobi. Accept the feeling that comes up. It means you are not understanding something deeper within you. Your emotions want your attention.
