Fish Shower meditation

I love meditating while being in water. Sometimes at the swimming pool while back floating and swimming laps, I do this too. I like to mentally visualize I'm talking to the goddess Coventina, who is associated with water/springs/wells. I ask her to help me unwind and find relaxation after a long day.

Here is an interesting article about shower meditations I wanted to share. I like salt baths too. How about you? Do feel a connection to oceans/waterfalls/lakes, water in general? What do think of this article? I hope you enjoy it. (I should have probably shared this in another thread now that I think about it,but here it is)

As a guy who lives on the shores of the Gulf Of Mexico and routinely swims in the ocean......I can readily identify with this. ...

One of the first Buddhist mindfulness meditations I learned was applying complete mindfulness to showering.
