Consciousness is only a part of creation

Consciousness is a quality of awareness. yes consciousness is apart of creation, there are many other things in creation but consciousness create reality.

Even the specific work form of awareness is inert. The image that falls on the eye, the lens present as part of the eye, the light rays that bring the image, the neuron cells which are just specific chemicals, the force of movement of the cells and finally the brain, which is also a chemical structure receiving the image—all these are inert by themselves. Together, all of these processes/components are known as a specific work by a new name called ‘awareness’, which is actually and really just inert. Therefore, the soul and the body are purely inert and function under the controlling power of God.

All of Creation, from top to bottom, is inert and the soul is a just a fine part of creation known as Para Prakriti in the Gita. If there is any non-inert item in the absolute sense, it can only be God. The Veda says that God is the controller of the entire Universe, including all souls (Patim Vishvasya Aatmeswaram…). Keeping these points in mind, how is it that one believes that he or she has captured the non-inert item (God) by simply attaining inert consciousness?

Consciousness or Awareness is a specific and subtle area of the field of inert energy and inert matter. The capital city is the most important area of a kingdom. But even the capital is part of the kingdom; it is not beyond the kingdom. Similarly, awareness is the highest and the most refined area of creation. This does not mean that the awareness or consciousness is beyond Creation and hence, is God.

A T.V. or a satellite is a specific technical instrument working on the principle of propagation of signals in the medium of continuous Universal Energy. The soul or awareness in a human being is also a specific work form of the same inert energy. In this sense, the continuous medium of universal energy itself acts as the common medium for the specific work form known as awareness also.

When it comes down to it, there really is no difference between a T.V. or a computer or a robot in the sense that they are all specific designs of machines made of inert materials or chemicals working with the help of the same underlying inert energy, which has been modified into such specific work forms. The continuous universal inert energy is the common medium for all these specific machines such as TVs, computers, Robots and human beings.

Universal consciousness is a wrong term. Consciousness is limited to a human being just as information technology is limited only to certain gadgets. There is no universal information technology spreading all over the universe. Only the underlying inert cosmic energy spreads all over the universe and acts as a medium to propagate the necessary signals for information technology. Similarly, consciousness or awareness is a limited item present in a human being and cannot be universal. The same universal inert energy acts as the medium to propagate a specific variety of signals related to human beings.
