3rd person interferring with my OBE attempts?

I have an interesting question about this... So, I'm trying to OBE for some time now and also listening to my recorded affirmations on earbuds during sleep to motivate and program my subconscious to project me out. Over the weeks I noticed slight progress for example, my astral body suddenly moved a couple of inches to the left and snapped back to the physical.

I have one theory. This guy who is a hypnotherapist knows of my OBE attempts (I asked him about OBE and anchoring it to a trigger) and his female friend has an instant OBE ability at will. Is it possible that he told her to come to me (etherically of course) and influence or program my subconscious, in her out of body state, to not let me out, for god knows what reasons...

I may only be paranoid and nothing is really happening, but is this possible? I'm asking because my pet is sensitive to let's say etheric bodies and sometimes exhibits strange behaviour when there is ''nothing'' going on. Twice I half jokingly tried to call aliens to come to me and after several minutes my pet rabbit started to freak out.

Any thoughts?

It sounds as if you don't completely trust this hypnotherapist guy?
It would be extremely unethical for him to 'send his wife' to either interfere with your OBE attempts -or even to encourage them! Without your permission.

There are many causes for inability to get out of body, and the more unlikely one is somebody else interfering. I am not saying it's impossible, but just that the other causes are far more common.
One is -it's a new thing. All new things take time to get used to, and results are not necessarily instant. Some people can try for YEARS to get out of body!
Another reason is inability to fully relax.
etc....etc....etc.

Yes, animals can pick up on subtle vibrations, presence of energies in the unseen...but if they have a weird and sudden reaction to something, it doesn't always mean you have an unwelcome intruder. They also sense other frequencies/sounds/noises/scents etc which are beyond our ability to sense.

I can't say that I don't or do trust him. Simply because I never met him, only corresponded on email about OBE and hypnosis. He is from my city, so he's local. Her female friend has a natural OBE ability at will. What would I give to have that....

Rabbit's reaction isn't so much to sound as it is to appearance of something because he always looks in fright in one certain direction as if something is happening there and almost always in the direction of my room, where I am at the time.
