Going Outwards Or Going Inwards??

Read a few books lately that touch on this; Graham Hancock, Anthony Peake, Jurgen Zwiewe etc. They all seem to have a different interpretation though; Are you leaving you the body literally and travelling outwards towards (and for the discussion, I am accepting them as real) to your destinations...Or are you somehow going inwards, within your own mind, as others say. Anthony Peake has speculated there maybe micro black holes within the brain to other dimensions. Or is it possible to do both??

If you go inwards and don't actually leave the body, then how do you see your body from above as you haven't really left it? Also if it's inwards then that implies that NDEs may be the same, and even if they are a real journey to new lands so to speak, if the soul/mind/consciousness travels inwards, then how does that explain when people say they see the soul leaving the body and going upwards?

I guess Im meaning to say, even if it's a real experience encountering real beings, are you really 'out' of the body?????

What if you are leaving through these dimensions? Does it matter if you have to go inside before you go out? Sorry to answer with a bunch of questions. It just sparked questions for me.

If youve never been somewhere before, do you go out to it or into it?
Is this the bit where words just make it complicated lol
If you percieve where things represent factual illumination and identity, you may have left your body, but you take with it representations to understanding, thats why rtz is filled with mind manifestations, after that real memories you can access, real people, infact its endless of opportunity and after that you'll hit the formless phases, where nothing has to express as its just being and you enter into it, its raw and pure being, expressing without need for any representation, its all in the feeling, which is unexplainable and yet feels like a lifetime of informative heart informations lol
Out or in, when you think bout it were all in this, were not exploring anything thats outside anything other than our own awareness and we go deep within to do that. ;)

It's simple but people complicate it.

Going INSIDE yourself equates to lucid experiences and dreams, skrying, exploring the subconscious psychological aspects of yourself.

Going OUTSIDE yourself equates to projecting your awareness into a different vibration, be it the astral plane or other.

It's all about the dynamics of our consciousness and understanding how it works.
