smARTisticgirl, sometimes there is so much relief and peace in just surrendering ... or "giving up". It's like we are giving God back her/his job, and letting him/her run the show ... phew! Which is good, cuz God (or Creator, or whatever is comfortable for you to call the great all knowing original source of all-that-is) can do a much better job than us humans!

May you be at peace, may you rest in your stop in surrender, may you soothe and heal and rebuild in a way that is meaningful to you, may you be happy.

Believe as much as you can in your connection - you are always together, even when parted.

I'm physically away from twin right now and have been for a month, he's doing what your twin is atm. Before this we were physically apart for four years. I recently looked back at my diary entries and when I was pretending I was talking to him, like on chat but in my diary writings, I realise now - we really were communicating, even when at the time I thought that what I was doing was all make believe.

therefore when you believe, you can talk to him, be with him, have the relationship you have always dreamed of with him, because it is already there and has always been so. even if for now it's just between your higher selves. so whilst in physicality it seems otherwise, the best thing you can really do in physical state is concentrate on + love yourself and as Loving Soul said - Just ride the waves

that's what keeps me going lols... hope I stick to it as it prevents me from having the terrible crashes in emotions and spirit that I've been having so frequently in the past month (so much so I ended up in A+E 3 times in the space of 2 weeks) took me that to realise this :S
