Any members use it? I've tried it. It turned out like a tasteless plasticy rubber.
I can't see it ever turning out like Jello but maybe gummie candy, with much more practice.
I'd like to maybe perfect a sorbet using it.
I have used non dairy milks and raw and frozen fruits without the agar but they're more like smoothies or such.

Many years ago when I was a pastry cook.
You just have to get the recipe right.
I am sure you can find some on the net.

Rah nam is right... There are things that you just have to play with and experiment with until you get it right. Each person's taste is different, so take your time and find what works for you with agar.
