Healing advice needed for a relative....

48 years old .healed from right arm broke for a while.recently catched a foot drop. says result of a disk herniation in lower back (L3/L4 vertebrae level, So, the bulged disk impinged (compressed) the nerve that goes down the right leg...So, I can walk but my right foot is numb so I have to drag it while walking....Doctors told me that I needed an immediate spine surgery .but now the hospital cant do it. So i m given Percocet and VitaminB12 Percocet kills pain for a while but feels out of world sometimes. how long can i take it? Can i take VitaminB12 tablets(Mecobalomin)tablets instead of the injection?

A friend suggests me Aescuven Forte. his mother is taking it for leg and feels good. he said it works for disk herniation too.

Pls give me some advices .maybe can buy from amazon or other drug site... Thank u a lot.

Hi mindanalyzer, I didn't see this thread, ive been so busy over the last 3 months... I can only tell you about me. 1996 and i'm in my early 40s and slipped discs and a walking stick, and the pain!! My specialists I visited, one said you'll never be able to play snooker or go running again.

We spend all our lives bending over forwards to some degree, and this puts pressure on the discs and eventually they can push out a fraction and touch a nerve.

I researched this a lot in 96 and years after, and this won't apply to everyone, different issues, but I had 2 discs in bad shape touching a nerve - now 2020 - 66 years old, I am slim build by the way, not that it matters as long as a persons weight is sensible - this morning I went out on my mountain push bike, came back in and went for a little run with my dog. I'm only saying the last bit to give some people hope!!

How did I do it? A very simple exercise - on my tummy on the floor, and my now passed mother in law used to say 'look at him again on the floor'...

So on my elbows 10 seconds facing floor, and feel your back stretch the other way to normal use. Very gently now at first - and this is everybody's own personal choice if to try it. Or on the bed face down, top half of your body on the pillows eg arms, and gently stretch - 10 seconds 2 or 3 times a day, very steady at first. If you feel a dull ache in lower spine, its doing good - but steady now, no more than 10 seconds - and at the very first time trying, first few days, go easy then increase after your back gets used to stretching the other way to normal.

I hope this helps someone here including you - but like I say this is how I fixed it for me, if anyone tries it - your choice, we can only suggest and try to help... And anyone here reading, after your day and you're backs aching - early warning signs, so this exercise is good to do twice a day, to keep your back supple and strong.

Thank u one-light.Its very encouraging and helpful.I just sent it tohim.
May I ask did u take any natural medicine at that time?or any specific food...etc?
He needs to lay down a lot for now.so he doesnt eat much..except at dinner they prepared much food for him....but i feel dinner actually needs to eat little...?
also.for his arm and immune etc.what else needed?

Did doctor suggest u to have surgery and did u feel pain om back spine and waist?
Did u do Xray again when u felt u were recovered?

Keep updating us how your friend responds and with any questions - i'll message your friend here, just pass it on, when I was at my worst in 1996/7 I couldn't even turn to answer the landline phone. Anti inflammatories are so important, a cream I used, and was on annadins extra for the pain nothing else.

Ive done 3 years research into self healing since 2017 so I don't like medicine, many times so many side effects, but sometimes people have to take just while you get control, I can't and wont advise on taking them, maybe others here can. xrays your choices, better to look into self healing, at least try it first for a few days unless somethings broken of course - mind and body is very powerful at fixing things, stay positive - 'power of the mind'.......

Exercise as stated, might not notice difference for a few days, keep going with them, gently. Another good one if arms are strong enough, every time in the kitchen say 10 times a day or more - find a corner worktop where it goes 90 degrees in a corner - both hands on and lift, stretch, will have to bend knees to do this. After doing say 5 lift ups then lower 'gently' to the floor - no limit to how many times you can do this, keep it sensible though, don't want to burn yourself out with energy drain.

I have done power of the mind research 3 years now - so important this as in saying to yourself 'I will get better' - focus on it, I will, and eat correctly, body will need energy to heal... good luck, day by day now, look for improvements.

Another thing you can do - imagine healing light coming in to heal, or ask Guardian Angel to help with healing light, ive had good results with healing this way personally over recent years, but you have to believe its helping 100% or it can't work... good luck.

I have tried healing light and angelic healing for myself...yes it needs spiritual awakening and connection.

I talked to him. He tells that he is also doing the stretch similar as yours and feels good for now...but i hear some docs say foot drop needs to lay down on bed?

also..he has been on hard training for long.His work needs something similar to police training.martial arts....but same time they dont teach deep chakra or spirituality.

Real energyhealing is always a spiritual thing too...reiki healing etc. body-mind-spirit.
I m wondering how to make him research and study all these as u did before?
He is busy and he isnt really interested in such things yet...

He mentioned feeling pain in waist .it was gone last month but back now...

With foot drop the stretches and strengthening are so important - and don't let the thought that self healing is for a chosen few - power of the mind use it, be strong again. Discs can cause problems in so many places, sciatica being one in the leg, never heard about pain in tummy with disc personally - but could be, needs keep an eye on that...

Is the hospital unable to do the surgery because of the covid virus or for some other reason?.
because you are under the hospital please check with you consultant or your doctor, before taking anything else.

Hi Starnight1,

I’m really sorry about what your relative is experiencing. Much love to you guys! I know that nerve pain is...unreal! Does he have a TENS machine or has he ever considered it? Compression in the form of compression clothing can also be effective in reducing pain and improving mobility. At times, that compression was all I had and it’s definitely better than nothing. The vitamin B12 injections are much more effective than the tablets, so switching may not be a good idea. DMSO cream could be helpful as well. He can also try essential oils. Peppermint can lessen nerve activity, but I don’t know how effective it really is. Anyway, I hope these tips can be useful to you guys!
