In answer to your question, I drew Page of Wands reversed, 8 of Swords, 2 of Cups reversed, 3 of Swords reversed and The Devil reversed.
It looks like a no to me. There seems to be some past issues, heartache or disappointment that need to be addressed, either your end or Mr Y's end that's causing a distinct blockage. Although there will be improvement in the future, I don't think there will be any contact by the end of this month.

I was a bit overwheemed and could not reallly get onto forum too much so I guess since its a bit non fit to what I need now, I guess I can only say I have to skip it for now. So in turn you can forget about it now :(

Hi Pisces Moon,
Great to see you on the forum!
Sorry I'm late answering your question. I've been moving house and it's been extremely hectic trying to get everything organised such as building, getting satellite for internet, clearing, tidying, unpacking and all the rest. Also got a puppy that came with the house, so he's been keeping me very busy!
Let me know if you want another question answered. I'll try and get on the forum a bit more now I'm a bit better organised.
