I want to find healing with some intrusive thoughts
I love who I am
but sometimes I'll compulsively say "I hate myself" over and over
It scares me...it happens when I feel the most vulnerable or bored...
I'll make strange sounds or so on trying to deal with the inner turmoil I feel.
I often feel quite happy and content with myself
But man the obsessive thoughts come...I wonder if I make it less of a big deal than it is...
What do you guys think?
What would help with the sometimes negative thoughts I have for myself?
I tell myself loving thoughts everyday, but that does not always cut it.
I also write to heal myself...but I want to find ways to deal with my mind when I am alone...

You could also recite the Ho'opponopono phrases:
Please forgive me, I am sorry, I love you, thank you
over and over till the dark thoughts vanish.
