How do you open your third eye to see Auras?

Hello,

I have heard that if you open your third eye, you can see Auras.

I have also heard that you learn and remember things better if you open your third eye. Is this true? :)

Not sure if the third eye has to be open or not. Some say yes and some say no. First I could see the hue around a persons body, but when I went through a spontaneous awakening in which made me quite sensitive to spirit in that I can actually feel them as vivid as a living person spirit will enter my space while reading aura and it makes it very easy because the skin changes to the aura color. I observe the color and spirit exits my space.

Being able to remember things easier? At times yes. But it's typical to experience out of touch with reality and forgetfulness at times. Especially if your an empath and you pick up on lower vibrations. It's so incompatible with ours its seems to cause us to short circuit. It affects your nervous system. Forgetfulness, word fishing, anxiety. Dementia type symptoms. Eventually you learn to control it all.

My eyes change like out of focus but still in focus

Don’t worry about third eye when you start doing stuff like this it will open
