Clicking open of heart chakra

Hi everyone. When I am out in the world and feel someone's sadness or anxiety, and I feel strong, I shine at them from my heart to send them compassionate love and I can feel my heart chakra click open as a physical sensation.

Anyone else experience this? Am I doing it "too" strongly to feel a physical sensation?

And what would happen if I did the same thing for my sacral chakra?

That's really thoughtful of you to send loving thoughts to people in need. I would think that there is no limit on how strong that love and compassion can be. I personally don't feel my chakras that much during the day when I am in an alert state of mind, so I don't have any better answer than that.
