Help to move forward

Hello,

I'm new at this but lucky to have found this website to voice my feelings.

I am going through a ton of stuff right now that I don't feel like I can talk to most people about. I have already went through a very tough time in my life 3 years ago and found spirituality and thought it would be over. Now I find myself going through an even harder time as I evolve spiritually. It seems like so much is falling apart and I have no control. I am trying to follow the breadcrumbs and ask for guidance but I keep getting redirected to a different place each time. Its very hard and not sure in which direction to move forward in. I feel so lost and am struggling to be here. I don't have many like minded people but would love to communicate thoughts and feelings with people that are going or have went through something similar.

Treesandme1028 you are not alone! When we embark on this journey with our eyes now open to spirituality, everything we thought we knew about life will be challenged and turned upside down it seems. Although it’s not easy, it’s for the purpose of clearing out what no longer serves you as you grow. As our beliefs change so does our perception and the ways we used to view things now have a new light shed upon them.

Try to be patient with yourself as you go through this. Take away the emotions and look at each situation for what it is, pick it apart and analyze it from a different perspective, through a wider lens, so you can clearly see the lessons at hand within each difficult circumstance.
