Hello im new and would like to know what got you into meditation
Hello im a new to the forum, i started doing meditation to calm myself and to get a better control of my emotions and to deal with the stress at work :) i also read that meditation can help you in health wise and reduce your chances of getting cancer.
Anyway its nice to meet all of you guys :) and would like to hear what got you into meditation :)
