I gotta share an experience that I had whilst meditating...it was amazing and unlike any other only thing is I dunno if it was part of meditation or astral projection...
Just to help you understand I'm really new to astral projection-have tried to do it before and have not gotten anywhere-I know it takes time and basically yesterday I think I also astrally projected-if you'd like to know about it it's under the "What crystals are you using at the mo?" section-I put it there because it was concerning a recent clear quartz that I purchased which I think is interesting.
I used that clear quartz that I put on my third eye chakra and cleansed all my chakras with white light from the crystal (it was like instinct-sometimes I just feel like using certain lights to cleanse my chakras) I also protected myself with white light-as a shield-I also asked AA Micheal to put his blue light around my white shield...
Anyway I sort of went into wanting to astrally project and so it was 50/50 meditation/astral projection...I think
Basically somewhere along the line I saw he man and he said to me:
"greetings I am your spirit guide-my name is Emerald Skies" he was Native American and told me of his tribe only I cannot remember it
Anyhow then he said something weird-well it sounded a bit weird. He told me that he has been with me through different realms and times and planes of existent and also that we had been together-as in flesh and that we were lovers...I was also a Native American woman.
He had long straight black hair and brown eyes and I had longish wavy thick black hair and bright green eyes and pale skin. He told me my name was Dancing Petunia.
He told me that we were together and that we had a baby girl and he said her name was Salana?!?! then he went onto tell me that they (I think the white men) caught him and murdered him and that when I found out-I could not take it and I jumped into the river with our child-it was a cold December evening...
He said that he would never leave me and that he was with me always...
He told me about our time together and that it was a blissful union-it's funny that he put his arms around me and kissed me and I felt the pressure that you feel when you're in someones arms around my lower region-and suddenly he also haid curly black hair and emerald green eyes-I asked him about this and he said that in this particular realm he looked like that.
I asked him if he could help me astrally project and he said "yes"
Then he took me on a journey to realms that I've never been to before and never knew existed...it was dark but with glimpses of light-but not scary or lonely dark but rather beautiful...
He also took me to an icy-dark landscape which I didn't like at all and when I begged him to take me away from there said that this place was where the lower enities existed and that I should avoid it...
Then we were in another place-with mountains in the background-actually he told me that we were in a place between the fifth and sixth skies-he was with me and held me in his arms and as he did another man came-he was Indian and I was told that he was another lover of mine form a past life...Emerald Skies was fine with this but for some reason we had to go and my Indian lover was left behind...
Oh and I decided to come back to my body and it's interesting that as I did I started to go back through all the places I'd been to and as I came closer to where I was lying down I saw a silvery cord attached between my "astral" body and my body-it was around the Solar Plexus Chakra area...
I just wonder what all this was-was it meditation? Was it astral projection? Was it me meeting my spirit guide/former lover in another place?
Am I doing something wrong here?
What do I need to do in order to have access to these places again?
Please tell me what you think.
