Feeling off balance after meditation
Hey,
Does anyone know how to stop the dizzy, off balance sensation after meditation. I'm beginning to feel like a floating feather and would like to come back down to eath:P. Thanks if anyone can help:)

Hi OceanWaves,
After meditation it is good to get grounded. By this I mean coming back into your body. There's heaps of different ways you can do this, see which one works best for you and then play with it. I'll suggest going outside and getting your feet in the dirt, a bit pf physical activity, stomping, clapping, a cup of coffee, playing with animals, laughing, walking etc etc. In fact grounding yourself after meditation will only help you attain higher states and ensure you remain physically healthy as well.
Enjoy xx

Do some open exercises before mediatation (which will also take you to a higher level of awareness) then when you close it is a beginning and end to the exercise. Set a purpose and time for mediatation on a consistent and constant basis. This, too, draws your own loving guidance and closes at the end.
God bless, J
