I was very happy when I discovered above post in the middle of my torture.
As I said elsewhere I am sure that paranoic ideas do not hack a computer in a way that one cannot use his web bank account and he must go on foot in center town where people will attack him making the cross signal in front of his face as if he were demon possessed.
Hackers are not demons, or paranoic ideas, so schizofrenia is excluded and entities are excluded. I have solid proof that 4) and 5) can be the case, and nothing else remains.
Because in politics also religious things are involved this can be a part of the solution, and as I was often helped cause I posted here, I would like to help too by making public this situation.

I was very happy when I discovered this in the net. Someone published it 4 years ago and given that I suffer from computer hackers simultaneously and in combination with my voices and telepathic sex abuse, and that people in local bus when I use it to transport to capital center, they treat me as if I were demon possessed, (a woman made the sign of the cross to my face just last week) makes me presume that entities are excluded from my situation reasons (they do not hack computers) and also schizofrenia is excluded (people do not treat schizofrenics as demon possessed or satanists) so MKUltra and Monarch programming, that is mind control and sex abuse, remain as possible reason. This can happen in order to discredit socially someone, among other things and there are political reasons indeed for this, in my case.

I have just read all the above posts,my heart goes out to you my friend,you are in a very difficult situation and you really do need to see a specialist psychiatrist.
These voices are coming from your own mind,they are your own thoughts you are hearing,my wife was very sick also,she was very much like you until she was given some pills that made her much better.
The doctors said she just had a few wires crossed inside her head and the messages were coming from her own thoughts but were not being processed properly.

She was a stage 4 manic depressive and she didn't know,she thought she was normal,she used to hide in a wardrobe when we had visitors, I asked why?
she said they were talking to her mentally, harassing her and making rude suggestions,it was all just an imbalance in her brain,you really do need help,you can be helped you know but first you have to understand your problem,you have come to this forum for help,so you do realise you are unwell.

You have to see a doctor my friend,I will say a prayer for you tonight,no one can take your soul or your spirit never ever.Go and see a doctor,you have to promise to see a doctor,a doctor can help you be you again.

To any members reading Alphabeta's post,it seems she has been involved with a "real" internet sect/cult called Ashtar Command.
They really are a group of people who believe a UFO abductee is channelling Ashtar Sheran their alien leader.

Somehow Alphabeta seems to have gotten herself mixed up with this group via the internet,they have their own website and a facility in the Mojave Desert in California,any members here can Google it,somehow Alphabeta has convinced herself that they are in telepathic contact with her,they're not,she needs realtime help and needs to be encouraged by the members here to seek out a good doctor!

Either I need a shrink or I am involved in this ashtar command community as you say.
The first thing is a mental issue the second a spiritual one.
I am hacked in the internet (passwords stolen, money stolen, access denials, Trojans etc) parallelly with this mind hacking, the way that I try to access a site and am told in the mind "you'll never enter the net if I do not allow you to".
Also I suffer life hacking (people in the bus and in public places I reside attack me verbally and threaten me in several ways without a logical reason neither a provocation on my part) and I'm told in the mind that word of mouth destroyed my reputation in the local community I reside.
I believe those arguments question your first observation.
As per Ashtar Command I never managed to contact them, I sent an email asking some information but never got an answer back.
Their only contribution to my suffering was the above tiny post I refer to about the 5 cases of hearing voices. When I discovered it I was so happy and releaved.

Yes, this is schizophrenia (I've worked as a psychologist), and yes, this can also mean that negative entities may be part of what you're experiencing. However, I do not believe much outside of this accurate in terms of what is happening.

You may be hearing voices telling you all manner of terrible things, and you may feel some sensations that reinforce this, but you are not being 'raped'. The actual real life physical people around you, including your family, community, and people such as those you'll find in this forum, are not capable of what you're suggesting; both morally and spiritually.

At the moment, you have been conditioned to see everyone around you as a sexual threat. In each example you gave above about people you know and meet, they all turn into sexual predators in one form or another. In any logical sense, this cannot be true. Babies, for example, cannot and will not engage in this type of behaviour.

Under normal circumstances I'd suggest that you seek a psychiatrist, because medication will help. But you may also need the assistance of a pranic healer, or any other form of spiritual healer that can mend the damage done to your subtle bodies and energy fields. Doing this (along with counselling and medication) will help heal your mind and spirit so negative entities can no longer feed you lies that allow them to gain a deeper hold over you.

Also remember that you are the boss. You have control over any negative entity that talks to you. Fill your body and your surroundings with love and light. Any time you hear voices, command them to go into the Light (not 'you' but Light as in the Source). Don't tell them to go away, or leave you alone.. tell them that you Command them to reconnect with/go into/enter the Light. This is a positive move in many ways, and will result in them no longer harming you. You don't need to repeat this phrase (or any one that carries the same meaning) with fear/force/anger/etc. Say it with silent/steady conviction, knowing that you have authority over them.

But I think the first step in this process is you accepting that the vast majority of people you meet are actually decent, friendly, and caring. Trust in this, and ignore the voices that tell you otherwise. When you read this, and the voices start spouting profanities and insults about what I know, simply command them to go into the Light. Keep doing this for each voice that speaks up until there are none left.

I agree with @Carnate.

I think it's both. That's common, because spiritual problems can easily lead to mental health issues. That can make you crazy and that is the threat to your life. Your life is your existence and if it is terribly disturbed then that is no kind of life.

It is possible that you created a malignant thought form in your fantasy world. That is just an idea, but that can happen.

Personally I had to fight for my sanity. If I didn't deal with the spiritual problems, the consequence was crazy. I had to learn how to work with it and create a system to manage that.

Everybody has issues, but we have to function in this world. We cope with our issues by dealing with them, ignoring them or avoiding them and that works for most people but when that doesn't work then you have to take steps.

Don't try to figure it out. Your job is not to do that. Your job is to manage you.

When you go to a psychiatrist, they will diagnose you and medicate you and send you on your way. That probably will help with the symptoms but not the underlying cause.

Carnate said to tell them to go to the light. Frankly, that doesn't work for me. I have to manage it in a different way. I do have help to do that.

We are not abandoned by the Universe to be tortured by mean spirits. We have help too. You do have higher guidance as well. You should have at least one trusted guide. That is you. Your sense of what feels right and your intuition will help you know who to trust. That is what you have to work on at this point.

Sometimes you have to let things go. If you were harmed in the past, then you have to confront that and examine it and file it away because it does not serve you to keep it alive.

Trauma does take time to process, but then it becomes part of your past and is not your current experience.

As for sending them to the light, I can't do that, so I assume not everybody can use that technique. I was thinking about that, and there is a light that is like a lightbulb. You know how moths and bugs and pesty flying insects are attracted to the light? They will flutter around it and burn themselves up. Think of it that way. Imagine a big lightbulb and send them to the light.

That is just a suggestion. You have a lot of work to do in practical ways and in sorting yourself out. Don't fixate on the negative because that gives it power over you. Take back your control and get back in touch with the you of you.

I have to compartmentalize to be sane and rational. I know other people who do all kinds of things that are way off the scale of 'normal' but they manage to be perfectly sane at the same time. It can be done but it takes self-awareness, work and help.

You can do it because you do have help but you must do the work. If you choose not to, and plenty of people do choose not to, that wouldn't be the best outcome. Don't fixate, fix.

I think it may help to clarify what I meant by Light (capital L). This may be why the technique has not worked for you.

When I was first taught about this, I had a fairly indepth understanding of life, our subtle bodies, and the afterlife. However, I was still a child.. maybe 4-5 years old. As such, the concepts were explained in simple terms. But they still worked for me, and while my understanding has improved, the technique remains as effective as it was when I was a kid. It will help to know that I could see spirits from birth, so it was important for me to understand certain things about the subtle realms.

Bad spirits are essentially those that have lost their way.. they've lowered their vibrational state to a point where they cannot see/find the Light. Due to their lowered position, they resort to negative actions to achieve their objectives (which are misguided due to their loss of connection to the Light).

This was first explained to me as lost spirits who needed to find heaven. And by telling them to find and go into the Light, I was essentially returning them 'home'. There's more to this, but this basic understanding has been enough for me to handle every negative spirit I have come across.

When they reconnect with the Light, they are returned to a state where they no longer need to interact with you negatively. Their vibrational state is increased, they have immediate access to higher frequency energy, and once more become 'pure' of intent. For those that can sense what happens during this transition, it's very powerful and joyous. Very often I get an immediate 'thank you' before the spirit moves on.


With the above in mind, you can direct your intention to the action in a more appropriate way, and see that it's a positive / loving act that helps all parties. There's no malice involved in this.. it's all love and light.
