I felt the sensation of liberation in my early 30's. It took me so long to learn how to say "no" and how to feel okay even I failed or refused to fulfill expectations from the most important people in my life. I still have ups and downs, sometime I just hate life, but later, I'm fine. When I hate life, I know it's going to pass, as everything else. But, it's really hard.
