What a great article! Thanks for the info :) I'm inspired to write down my affirmations right now!

Would also love to hear more insight on affirmations, I've always been using the "positive thinking" approach to LOA and it's worked out well. I believe with the affirmations and since in the last few months I have been being more on track with my meditation practice I can take it to a new level!


Also would like to add that since I've added more meditation time, using guided meditation that also are tied with LOA on youtube, that I've had much faster, exact results.

Good article I'm going to start applying these things to my daily life. I think I'll make an affirmation journal.

If this stuff works let's teach it to the starving in the developing world. They're the ones who really need this "abundance." We do ok.

you can also use diff meditations to make it more interesting. Or try diff ones and keep the ones you like.
Ex i do meditation to diff music that i like. I sometimes also do fast breathing (Quantum breathing by Jeru Kabbal ) which is really amazing since it alters your state and you get out of your normal consciousness and into SuperConsciousness.

So guys and gals mix and match diff tools that you seem to like to keep it more interesting for you so you do everyday.

Hello,

I'm new here. Very interested in QLB, but couldn't find any examples of it. How fast do you have to breathe? I found an Mp3 with a guided meditation. I breathed very deeply for an hour, but rarely accelerated it to become "fast." I didn't feel the need to.

For something so simple, I did feel a joyful expansion and a deep relaxation that was quite sustained. I have trouble clearing my mind and this really did help. An hour passed really quickly. My question is whether or not I'll derive the full benefits of this practice if I'm missing something in the technique. Thanks in advance!

Great article and I must say that affirmations really changed my life and I am thankful that I get to read about this or I won't be as blessed as I am now. :)
