This thread is about eating raw food. I've spent most days of my life eating cooked and processed food, but that doesn't seem right, or feel right. I've researched and learned a lot about it and it makes sense to eat food raw in its natural state. I've balanced the pros and cons of eating cooked food and it doesn't add up. I feel pretty awful when I eat cooked meals, unless it is just some vegetables but it depends how they were cooked.
I am pretty sure that eating mostly raw will help me start being where and what I want to be. I just have to commit to trying it, so I am gonna use this thread as sort of a food journal for myself and anyone is welcome to use this thread to talk about all sorts of raw or even cooked things. so yeah that's about it, raw yeah
