Blue aura? Are auras even real?

Auras don't have colours else that would be visible spectrum and could be seen via a camera.
There seems to be a lot of agreement that eg red indicates anger or passion so we likely use similar mechanisms for superimposing colours on particular frequencies.

My evidence for auras being real is that I can heal a fixation I perceiveusing Reiki and other energy techniques -- the fixation and the dark energy go away permently and so does the person's fixation/problem.

I perceive auras as colors, and the fact that these colors are not picked up in photographs does not change that. I do know what I've seen, and I'm not the only one who can see it. There are free tutorials on how to see auras which can be found through a Google search. It's not that easy to see an aura straight on for most people. Focusing on the outline of a person/object with one's peripheral vision helps (this is mentioned in at least one tutorial I came across), but it often takes a few tries. I wasn't always able to see auras, and until I started being able to detect them (I also showed my sister how to see them), I didn't believe they were real. Most people who can't see them (for whatever reason) will probably always have doubts about their validity. Again, what I see is generally only a thin band of color outlining a person or object (the tree's aura was a wide halo/band--the biggest I've been able to detect outside of my experience with my pink bedroom walls appearing a vivid green). I don't see multiple colors/layers, sparkles, blobs or other effects.
