I have an iPhone program on chakras, and it includes specific yoga poses for each chakra. I go to yoga once a week at a studio as it is, and then I practice poses at home. One of the ones I already do a few times a day happens to address the sacral chakra.
But after every "formal" yoga class, I totally feel the difference. Now I just need to incorporate it every day to chakra balance. I think what I'm going to do is pick one yoga pose for each chakra, and just do a sequence of those 7 poses at least twice a day at home. Even if it's just one "repetition", I bet it will start to make a real difference. I'm all for multiple ways to balance my chakras, and I am so glad I made the commitment to start yoga which is good for the strengthening physical body too while addressing chakra energies.
