Lightbulb What holistic therapy to use for trusting my intuition?

Every year for Christmas I buy myself a holistic therapy that seems suited for me at the time. I haven't gotten around to it yet but this year I am kind of stumped. I've gotten Akashic Records readings, Soul readings, and Reiki in the past. But this year I feel like I stand in need of really realizing and knowing when my inner voice and intuition is talking to me. Sometimes it is obvious but sometimes small flashes of thoughts come through and I am really unsure if that is just chatter in my head or if it is my intuition quietly telling me something without much emotion attached to the thought.

I also am diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder... has anyone found any holistic therapies that have helped with that?

You repeatedly talk about Lucifer and claim something named Asmodeus is the One True God.
And then you tell someone holistic therapies don't work.
Oh dear lol.

ccxc, my experience with inner voice intuition is it's something one develops over time. I can't imagine a course that could possibly teach that. Meditative exercises perhaps, but again that would be more a change in lifestyle than something one is taught, although there are plenty of meditation classes offered no doubt. One thing though, I've come to see that developing my spiritual self, is very much tied to the work I do on my personal life and physical self. Your spiritual voice then is related to your physical voice, and singing lessons and/or toning might be something you want to look at.

I thought lucifer was a liar? Besides, why would lucifer want humans to be helped or healed or loved?

Op you could try out hypnotherapy and maybe some EFT. try out what you feel drawn to. Intuition to me is like the soul whispering to you. That sensation you get when you walk in the room and think 'they were just talking badly about me' no proof they did until few days later one of them says 'hey, so and so said this to us about you, thought you should know' thats only an example. its an inner knowing talking to you.

Someone shares how they are suffering from anxiety disorder, and are looking for holistic solutions. You post they don't work, the insult the person by calling them dumb. You ought to be ashamed of yourself. Someone is asking for help and that's the best you can do. I've reported your post and hopefully the moderators will step in here.
