We were taught to think in timed framepoints, and this world can teach you only this.

Unless you try to agree with the people who are starting to see the time differently.

Yes, like a small meditation, you can stretch time, but time is only a distance between a cause and of the manifestation of the effect.

If you are in deep meditative state, almost like ecstasy/trance, you can even experience the 1 second of the microwave in a feeled 2~3 seconds.

Affirmation of time depends on the affirmed sentiment of continuity. That's it. Sentiments are individual phenomena therefore evidence in the context of existence or non-existence of time is impossible.
