What is going on here?

So there is this guy I havent even spoken to but I see sometimes at a bus station on my way to college. Since the first time I saw him it felt different. And he always shows up before something bad happens. 1st time he showed up, I met a guy who kindda made my life a living hell. Then he just dissapeared. After 4 months he showed up again. I would see him like every day until I had a fight with my best friends and my life changed. Then he dissapeared again and when he appeared something bad happed too. This is what happens every time. I dont really know his name but Ive shearched everywhere in the social media and he just doesnt exist. But you know the weird part is I have a weird feeling about him. Like I havent even spoken to him but I feel attached to him. It feels like love at first sight. But its not because I am not in love with him. But deep in my head it feels like I know him and I love him. For example I could litteraly think of any of my friends or the boy I like dying without feeling sad at all because its just a thougt. But when I think of him dying I just cant bare it. It hurts.
Now I dont know if all of these are just in my head or there is something litteraly going on here but I could use an oppinion.
Is there any chance this guy is my soulmate?
If he is not then why is this all happening?
I want to get to know him but I'm a bit shy to just go there and talk to him so is there any other way?

I’m not sure, the bad things happening after this guy being around could just be a coincidence, life is unpredictable and bad things sometimes happen to good people for no reason, your sub-conscious could just be looking for something to blame for these occurrences. But on the other hand if you feel this strongly about this guy, maybe there is some connection there, I would suggest being brave and trying to talk to him just to see, it’s worth a shot.

I never said he is the reason for everything bad happening in my life, the weird part is he shows up everywhere until something happens,then he just dissapears. Ofc I dont believe he causes any trouble. It just feels like we are conected and the universe kindda sends warnings through him. Thats all I ment.

Ohhh okay I understand, it could be possible! I’ve had a few strong connections with people that I swear certain events only occur while they are around.
