The Zen Garden
I've been reading some thoughtful and engaging threads in this forum. Sometimes, the insightful thoughts, ideas, and concepts shared can be a bit overwhelming for my mind and I would feel compelled to simply relax and let go of the analytical chatter in my brain.
This thread could be used as a Zen garden to empty our cups and let go of the thinking mind for just a moment. Please feel free to post pictures, videos, koans, or whatever else that inspires your mind to be at ease and relaxed.

Once I saw a short video about the closeup of the sun explosion in art thread. It's shocking to know that it can convey messages by telepathy to me by saying: he appreciated my work and will continue to help me.
I am not crazy and can listen carefully what he said clearly (but can't distinguish is a voice from a male or female being). Maybe that's why I am not burned by the sun high temperature when my spirit is merged in the sun.
