Letter/Symbol?

I don't know if this is meant to be a letter or a symbol. I've seen what looks like a capital A a couple of times but this morning I saw a very large V for the first time. I was also in a bar on a high stool, I think, with a drink of something at a small but high, round table. I don't know what was in the drink and that's all I can remember. There was a little more I remembered on waking but by the time I got up properly I'd lost some of it.

At the moment I have a lot of pressure across the bridge of my nose and between my eyebrows but the stronger and more intense it gets for long periods it doesn't seem to go anywhere as it eases off. I'm getting this a lot at the moment though.

i've got that too!
for me, it seems to be a physical symptom resulting from a mental process.
it's as if i've been squinting, and focusing sharply on some idea that i'm
"looking at". it could be 'a sign' to ease off on analyzing things and just relax.
