Lifetrons in a limitless unified energy field
Where each does free will wield
Becoming the cause of manifested effect
Except love all else being an egoic defect
Karma being then a mere misalignment
A ripple in the ocean of blissful contentment
That each must now restore the balance
While divine entwined in blissful parlance

Purity of intention
Seeks not reflection
No echo greets outpourings of magnetic silence
Illusions unable to emulate pristinity of innocence

ॐ pulse reverberating in the void of emptiness within
The void being both within and without our body shell
ॐ the beat in continuity that does our life force enliven
As we rest in blissful rapture our heart with love swells

We hasten to embrace
In a burst of spontaneity
Flowing divine grace
Facilitates this continuity

Which hue makes the sunset beauteous
Which nuance enables bliss to be continuous

Such are the ramblings of the limited mind
Spherical vision alone wholeness does find

Ceasing striving for the fleeting
In an unbroken continuum meditating
In sync with the life force that ever flows
We are in ecstasy of blissful repose

Feeling joy within as love grows

Resistanceless in emptiness
Bliss enveloping us in fullness
Of ecstatic rapture in renewal
Is-ness in being-ness beautiful

A simple meditation tool

Each breath in three zones
Entwined yet flowing alone
First the upward curve
Enabling energy surge
Then the pause of interchange
Void of immeasurable range
An opportunity
To shift into infinity
Which if we do
Breath renews
Again as inhalation in elation
Taking in body shell exhalation
In the unfathomable stillness
One in unity with Oneness
Bringing us to another pause
For which the obvious cause
Is body seeking fresh breath intake
Our attention shifting while awake
To take in the new pranic force
Flowing from the singular source

We thus may choose
Without excuse
In effortless ease
As each half breath does cease
To rotate polarity
For unbroken connectivity
Consciousness purge
Always on a rising surge
Thus flowing our attention
Without cessation
In time we balance
Dual vs non-dual parlance
Until it becomes our reflex
Making simple the complex
Blurring boundaries
Between form and infinity
Magnetism always rising
As attention keeps rotating
In an ovoid of dynamic stillness
Seamless spacial connectedness

Finally all becoming the vibrant void
Ecstatic bliss that has us overjoyed

That which is static
Inert and phlegmatic
Death by stagnation

That that is dynamic
Alive and ecstatic
Life pulsating in vibration

As at the heart centre
Awakening consciousness does enter
Already swathed in bliss bubbling
Celebrates with male-female polarities pulsating
Who’s to say who’s at the left or who’s at the right
What matters is our heightened delight
As the void within throbs with ecstasy galore
Rapture bursting to a climax never felt before
A fizz awakening all lifetrons out of their slumber
In a unified field of ineffable blissful thunder
Free of egoic fetters we again find ourself in captivity
Of never ending explosive bliss renewing in continuity
Inexplicably we yet in mind body continue to exist
Having vaporised there remains no identity to resist
All that is is presence in innocence celebrating
The dance in unison of consciousness blossoming
In totality as well as layer by layer
Each moment ignition in rapturous fervour
