the difference between electricity and its charge
Definition:
Electricity: A form of energy resulting from the existence of charged particles (such as electrons or protons), either statically as an accumulation of charge or dynamically as a current.
Charge: The property of matter that is responsible for electrical phenomena, existing in a positive or negative form.
So it seems that there is a separate condition between electricity and the charge it is carrying. I'm not sure about the details, but perhaps electricity can be exhausted of its charge but still be electricity. Or it can be a positive charge or a negative charge.
Does anyone know more?
I am trying to understand the cause of my CFS. I gather that I am still composed of electricity. But perhaps the *charge* of the electricity within me is flat?
Rather than me having *less* electricity. The electricity level is the same, but somehow my charge is altered?

Well, as a science geek, I do know that in nature the charge can be reversed. So you can have positive lightning (which tends to be more destructive than ordinary negative lightning).
If your condition is related to your internal electrical system, then it could be something far more simple like 'low voltage' the neurons and such aren't getting enough of a zap to function at full power.
In most devices, if you lower the voltage, it either quits or slows down because not enough energy is passing through a given junction (motor, circuit, ect) to power it as it was intended.
To give another example, voltage is a bit like water pressure in a garden hose. You may have the same exact amount of water in the hose, but its flowing more slowly than is should to run your lawn sprinklers.

charge is reference to the amount of free electrons (negative) or protons (positive) in a given system.
electricity is the movement of charge.
chronic fatigue syndrome could be due to many things, perhaps lack of vitamins or nutrients, or perhaps due to depression. I am a astrophysicist phd and not a doctor, but I know from experience that when I am feeling down or depressed I feel a lack of energy and a sense of lethargy.
have you found out why you have chronic fatigue syndrome? I hope you are felling better soon z
