I think I was astral projection

Hello everyone,
I’m new here and new to this astral projection I’m not sure if I was astral projection So this just happened not to long ago I was listening to some healing Vibration music i sort of was Drifting off But not at the same time what I felt like I went to whole bunch of place really fast then finally stopping at some kind of forest and I met some kind of creature there that had a big nose like Pinocchio (he was the only thing That was there ) and I had to keep this sword with me at all time I try to leave in certain places but somehow it kept on coming back to me but anyways I was trying to get some type of information off of him but he wanted me to follow him which I did but it lead me to somewhere else but at the sametime back where I started then I came to with having headaches then I actually went to sleep never went to that that place again
Sorry if you don’t understand this I have hard to explain things in writing but I really appreciate if some could at least tell me if I was astral projection since I have not done it before thank you

I found people on this forum have different opinions on what astral projection is. It does not matter what ap is, one thing for sure is you were out of your body.

Some times its hard to tell a dream from astral travel . As we all go out of body during deep sleep and only remember it as a dream , maby it does not matter . Maby this will help.

You are right desert rat, It is hard to tell whether if you are in a condition of deep sleep dreaming of something like you are in a real world or in an AP traveling. I also, experience AP when I was 16 I think and my mother told me I was asleep for 3 days and when I woke up I have some scratches on my arms.
When I reach 20 and watched some paranormal TV shows explaining how AP works and how dangerous it is that's the day I told and convinced myself that the day that I was asleep for 3 days was actually an AP activity. Though I never consulted it to an expert I just can't imagine if I couldn't go back to my body more than 4 days I am doomed.
