Absolutely, I 100% agree. I am not going to ramble on about my own experiences with religion... but I think there are a lot of deluded people out there either born into a certain doctrine and so they know no different or are just plain blind to fact.

Apparently I am going to hell because my Fiance and I live together ...its absolute nonsense and used as a controlling mechanism. Anyone who can not see through this I genuinely feel sorry for.

The concept of Hell is metaphorical, alluding to all the wrong choices and decisions we make in this life, which turns our awareness away from the Divine principle and causes suffering (usually of our own creation) as diametrically opposed to the bliss of transcendence.

Hell isn't a place, it is a state of being for those who know better, but act as if they do not just to pacify their ego.

I realised this a while ago...it was 42 degrees Celcius outside (and inside)...I was also going through menopausal hot flushes on top of it...and in addition, my kundalini fire was stuck at my throat chakra...all of this together felt like I was about to spontaneously combust at any given moment and I prayed for the relative coolness that a 'lake of fire' would provide.

Of course, I also realised that had I been taking phytoestrogens, grounding myself, surrendering to this overwhelming stifle-ness instead of fighting it and whining about it, I probably would not be in that predicament anyway, because the hotter I felt, the hotter I actually became and thus showed immense gratitude for cold showers and icepacks along my spine.

Saying Lucifer is in hell is supreme demonization of the sirius star. Im not exactly sure who your friend visited? Low vibrational beings have been lying on their power for eons. They also think they are immune from hell because they made up a story about a firey hell. But hell definitely exists.

I'm not a hell brimstone person but there are certainly people that burning in hell should be reserved for. Unless it is self-defense or saving the life of a family member, someone who murders someone, especially a child should be given a reservation to hell. The same is true if they abuse, torture or kill animals.

I strongly belief that those who abuse other people or who are mean and cruel to others, especially children should also have a place in hell reserved for them.

People who have done horrible things deserve a place in hell.

I personally believe that the type of people who commit what you have mentioned above are already in hell, happy, balanced, loving and caring people do not do these types of deeds. Hell on earth comes to mind....

I think Hell is just the place where negative things hide until it's decided they can go towards the light. Hell serves an important function/purpose by keeping negative/undesirable things all in one place, whereas if Hell didn't exist, negative/undesirable things would spread like a virus/disease. Because Hell exists, there is a possibility that Heaven also exists, and if Heaven exists, it is important to find/locate Heaven because that is the place where positive/desirable things would be found. I don't think of Heaven/Hell in Abrahamic terms, I think Heaven/Hell would operate more similarly to how the Buddhists conceptualize them, with there being multiple heavenly/hellish realms.
