Using breath for meditation.

The wind is felt as a sensation on the skin, and to observe breath is to feel the sensation it causes. Without changing the breath, just notice the sensation which is easily felt in the nose...

Breath meditation is to feel that, and remain aware of it.

The mind will wander away sometimes, so when it does, just return your attention to the nazal sensation.

Feel the air as it feels to you in each passing moment, as the air goes in feel, then as it turns around feel, and as it goes out feel it there.

Not one breath goes by unfelt.

Breath is not numbers or words, so do not count them and be mentally silent...

The breath is not a seperate thing, it is this sensation you feel upon yourself.

Only feel it, and remain aware...

Yes... feel the air in your nose, or your belly rising and falling with each breath.

Only feel the passing air.

Not to alter the natural breathing, just continue as you are...

Notice how it feels in the nose.

Only feel that sensation... and remain aware.

The practice places the attention on what you can feel. The breath sensation is there, and all you do is pay attention to it. The mind wanders off sometimes, so you notice that, and return awareness to the feeling.

Discomfort and itches do occur, and you will feel the need to adjust the body to relieve that, so when you do so, do so slowly and deliberately, always remaining aware of the breath sensation.

Do not place any importance on any other sensation (or thought) which might occur, only feel the air sensation in your nose.

The natural breath. Change nothing. Just feel.

Not to be distracted... and change to breath... or worry if it is belly breath... it is actually this breath. This breath is not altered or intended to be a particular way. It is just happening.

Only notice it. Do not think of your next breath,"my next breath will be a belly breath".

This breath is the one to notice.

NO... in this technique you feel the sensation the air causes in the nose. Not anything else.
