Of course your so called TF can be the same sex, feminine and masculine energy has nothing to do with the dangling or non dangling bits, there are some males with more feminine energy than actual females and vice verser. Gay Flame sounds nice doesn't it.

My answer is "I don't know." But, I would certainly like to think so, and would like to agree with psychoslice.
I will share that I've always suspected that Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert are twin flames. They are the same sex, neither one is gay, both are married to women. No, I am not suggesting the two have a romantic or sexual relationship. I say this because it seems to me they have a shared mission and are in service to humanity in a very important way.
So I say, why not? ;-)

I thought of another male/male, straight twin flame couple: Watson and Crick.

Ha! Been there, done that - banned.
I first realized God was Way Gay when in 1972 I saw a black and white movie - where Trevor Howard - a gruff,
ruddy actor played a priest ---he kneals down in front of a Crucifix and has an ecstatic moment; aka Divine
Vision, Epiphany, Revelation ---it was so clear to me...I was 20.

And don't forget - no one has mentioned this yet --- the Soul has no gender, right?

Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru.

I think God has left proof all around us that it doesn't matter who you sleep with. Homosexual behavior is all over the animal kingdom, and what's more, there are endless creatures that have not just two genders, but more than that. All you have to do is open up your eyes, and you can see this truth.
That said, I do believe that souls have two types of energy - some call this "masculine" vs "feminine." Perhaps "0" and "1" is more appropriate?

You've been banned! For extolling tolerance~for shame miss hepburn...and here I imagined you a mild mannered person who believes as she's told.
My gosh, do you know what could happen if this tolerance stuff became the norm? Just think...Christians might start loving others, even "sinners"and...if they don't hate they might not go to heaven!
Anyway, just jokin'...it seems to me there are many Christians who act in a loving, tolerant and generous way.
