Thank you for this very clear information. I tried the wardrobe method and immediately had a response 😊. The communication seemed to come from within me...I don't know how to distinguish between my soul and spirit though... I have meditated many times to meet my soul. I can visualise her...could my soul and spirit guide be one and the same?
