I base my posts on my beliefs, and they're formed based on my experiences in altered states of consciousness.

I don't quite understand your second statement, but bottom line: when you can't express your theory concisely, the longer your description of your theory, the less likely to be read, and the less likely to be valued. It doesn't say anything about the validity of your theory. You can use a two-step presentation: executive summary, then the full description.

I don't know that I have earthbound spirits attached to me hence me asking 'if'

I just had an intuitive feeling that something was a bit 'off' and felt I needed to question it. Whilst trying to educate myself as I don't know what it is, I allowed some fear and lost the plot. The wooshing doesn't happen during meditation normally as much as it has been since I questioned what it was that was communicating with me so I thought maybe that wasn't what I originally thought it was.

I only meditate and attempt to decode my dreams. I don't practice anything else or use divination so the words that come to me....I thought were coming from my 'true self' and if that was true then I wouldn't have an intuitive feeling something was 'off'

When the words started coming to me, I thought it was a natural progression from meditating!

Thank you inavalan
What you're doing sounds fine!

There are other ways we attract things that aren't in our best interest and through no fault of our own. I meant that I can go round the houses trying to get to the point, it can be annoying for others listening to me and I've tried not to do it in the past with some funny results. Now I find the humour in it since its a part of me I've learned to like.

Namaste
