Yes, what makes a person so confident, good question.

First, it started in 2005 with a 5 hour Divine opening of
The Doors of Perception ...maybe called an exp of Cosmic Consciousness...I also call it, yet another Divine Visitation.
The residuals lasted a good 2 years, this time...

In Jan 2006, I opened the Bible for the first time, haha, being raised Catholic! I laugh!
I dropped the book on my lap when I was hit with the jaw dropping realization that, 'There is a THEME here!"
Oh, it makes me laugh!

The theme that jumped out at me was this...Do not worry, Be anxious for nothing, Be not afraid,
Give him your burdens, cast your cares, Focus
on the things above and not on the earth
...rely on your Father for everything...and from that moment on I did.

I didn't worry about anything...if a thought came in I would laugh and tell God, "That was not my thought ...
it just came and passed through!
I have complete faith You will take care of my car and my mortgage..."

Then, I saw He did...He took care of every little thing in my life...
having my car fixed by someone...a $900 job..always my mortgage being paid each month with NO concern
what-so-ever on my part.
(I am self-employed, income is never stable or consistent)...until
I was given that $100,000 to just pay it off.

See, either you believe and practice Jesus' advice or one does not.
You must know Who you are in this creation...and then you see the power we were born with...this builds clarity and confidence.

I did, I do...and the All That Is, Creator, Holy Spirit that permeates even your thoughts
takes care of those that love Him, trust Him, rely upon Him...look to Him for everything...
I have started threads to please try for only a week trusting in Him ...to see for yourselves.

Seeing is believing...blind faith goes only so far, in my opinion.
Sit in stillness ask God Himself to show Himself...He will.

I do not believe someone can fully, wholeheartedly trust in something they have only read about.

You can not love something you have only seen a picture of and read about...you must 'know' that thing...whether a place, a puppy or God.

My advice to anyone is sit in stillness with the intent to know God.
Albeit, it is a stillness beyond most people's belief.
THEN, you will have confidence in God, because you
will know and understand Him...and His limitless love.

I kinda went off...I usually do, talking about my Father.

Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru

Before I read any further, can you tell me what you mean by this?

Miss H,

What is your idea/sense of "God" - or "Father" as you use the words often

Um, Spirit?
The Supreme Spirit, the One, the All That Is,
um...this Genius Divine Being that pervades everything....is the ceiling,
the ground, the air, the stars and is digesting my food at this moment,
but, is my food...I dunno, the words...but,
mostly Pure Heart
or this 'Frequency that is Love", that manifested and created into many dimensions,
of which this is just the 3rd.

If anyone wants something...and has doubts...it will not happen.

A person must understand the Nature of this Universe...
the actual Basics of Creation...they are ...Believe and receive.

Shazam! Who woulda thunk it was so easy.

That's so interesting, Miss Hepburn.

I have wanted many things (haha) but usually I am unsure/uncertain still.

OK But say one is sure now, does one then have to take action also e.g. say you want to change career paths, how would one go about that?

I regular person would say...go to school, write a resume, go to interviews...etc...
Do all that!
You can't dance if you don't at least stand up and start moving your feet.
Never be unclear.
Then, ask for the perfect job.

On the way...ask for guidance at the same time.
(Which, school, which class, perfect friends, living situation...)

"I do not want a typical 9-5 hour retain job! I WANT TO CREATE SOMETHING."

I relate to this also. I have never really had the mindset of "go to school, then get a job which covers most of your daily free time", even if I enjoy it, I would want to be PASSIONATE about it and not have it as a chore just to get money. It's a shame the world doesn't work differently, ideally, when people would help others that would be the "currency" (although that kind of is the system now if you're getting technical but it's all so FORMAL and business-y e.g. you miss a day and you get sacked :/ ; life should be a lot more relaxed imo)
