John of god -- Thinking about seeing him soon
I have a medical problem that I'm seeking help for outside of medicine since docs havent been able to help. Came across a man called John of god whom people say has cured thousands of people. I'm thinking about visiting this man. But I'm a bit skeptical also especially with the sex scandals that abound about him.
Has anyone visited or or been healed by him? If so do tell me your experiences before I decide to go. Thank you.

Maybe look into that reconnective healing guy or those people at quantum touch. They talk about doing amazing stuff.

People, don't knock the things you don't understand! Don't blindly rely on what others claim.
This applies to both sides of most disputes. History shows many situations where the forces in power got it wrong, be it church, government, justice, scientists, media, whatever.

My friend went 2 yrs ago...told me every detail. All I will say is, wow.
My opinion is that someone else could have been sitting right next to her
and exp nothing or something quite diff.
She is quite wonderful and was called onto the stage with John's hand
open to her ---his backstage staffwere amazed and said he has never done that...
(she is someone that meditates often 5 hrs a day, tho, for decades...a retired clinical psychologist/speaker.)
A very sacred exp for her, needless to say.
If I had a big health issue I would go - but, actually...why?
When I can just go to my local Charismatic church
where I have been healed before - and how cool 10 yrs and still healed.
Travel 100 miles if you have to to see someone that has a reputation - or 500 miles -a lot cheaper.
But, I will say this...prepare for a healing. How?
Read about it...build your understanding - the person next to me could be healed, but have it last 10 minutes, see? Or not at all.
Understand how it works.
Recall the story of Peter - walking to Jesus on water until he looked away and had doubt - cuz there was a storm, I think.
Learn how your part helps the healing. 
If you want - investigate Braco, also - see when he is coming to your area.
Oh, and anyone associated with the John G. Lake group.
